Who the program is for

Remodelers and kitchen and bath dealers who sell countertops with cabinets; builders and general contractors with residential, multifamily, hospitality or commercial packages; interior designers; fabricators who buy slabs and remnants from our racks. If you sell the kitchen, we are the shop behind it.

What a trade account includes

• Trade pricing on fabrication, installation and material, quoted to your approved account. We never publish trade pricing, show it on our storefront, or share it with homeowners.
• Scheduling: template-to-install is usually 2–3 business days from the day we measure, when your slab comes from our yard. Special-order stone takes longer.
• White-label service: our crews template, fabricate and install under your company's name; client questions come back to you. How white-label fabrication works ↗
• Stock: 2,000+ slabs and about 1,000 remnants in the yard. Full slabs and remnants are listed online with their sizes. Browse slabs · Find a remnant. Slab holds for your clients while they decide: a 50% deposit holds it for one week.
• Brands: Authorized fabricator for MSI (Q Premium Natural Quartz), Cambria and Cosentino (Silestone and Dekton). We also fabricate Caesarstone, LG Viatera, Daltile, Venezia and slabs you bought elsewhere.
• Equipment: Prodim digital templating, a BACA robotic SawJet, Donatoni and Park Industries CNC. Vein-matched layouts on photos of the actual slab, for your client's approval before we cut.
• Commercial and multifamily support: submittals and shop drawings, seam diagrams, closeout documents, and capacity of about 20,000 sq ft of countertop a month across DC, Maryland and Virginia. Commercial countertops ↗
• Warranty: Our labor carries a 5-year warranty. MSI's Q quartz carries MSI's limited lifetime residential warranty.
• Insurance: general liability, workers’ comp, auto and umbrella coverage.

• Kitchens and baths: the cabinet layout, selected material, sink and cooktop specifications, edge profile and splash details.

Slabs and remnants for fabricators

Fabricators and kitchen and bath firms can buy full slabs and remnants as-is for pickup, including businesses that fabricate elsewhere. Slab sales ↗

What we never do

We do not publish trade pricing. We do not contact your client directly unless you ask us to. We do not show prices on our online inventory. We do not sell your client a kitchen; we fabricate it for you.
